Our story
RootPacket was founded by network engineers who were tired of infrastructure providers that didn't understand what their customers actually needed — slow quotes, opaque pricing, and first-line support that couldn't tell BGP from BPDU. So we built the company we wished we could buy from: infrastructure that's fast to procure, transparent to operate, and run by people who actually know the network.
From our home in Amsterdam's Science Park, we operate our own network across carrier-neutral datacenters in the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, and the United States. Tier 1 transit from Cogent and Arelion, direct peering at major internet exchanges, and two ASNs spanning Europe and North America sit behind everything we sell.
Whether you need a bare-metal server deployed in under six hours, a 100G transit port in Amsterdam, rack space with free rack & stack, or an engineer's hands in the cage at 3 a.m. — we deliver it without the friction. We own the hardware, we own the network, and we own the outcome.
